Bespoke
One piece, made for one person
Most commissions start with a stone somebody inherited or a ring nobody wears. We work out together what it wants to become, then it is made here, at the bench, by hand.
How it works
Four steps, no mystery
- 01
Talk it through
A consultation of thirty to sixty minutes, in the Southsea studio or over video if you are further away. Bring photographs, old jewellery, stones, or nothing at all.
- 02
Design and quote
Sketches, metal and stone options, and a written price before anything is made. Two rounds of changes are included as standard.
- 03
Making
Four to six weeks at the bench. Kerry sends photographs as the piece takes shape so there are no surprises at the end.
- 04
Collection
Collected in person wherever possible, sized on your finger and finished while you wait if it needs it. Fully insured postage if you cannot get here.
What Kerry makes
Rings, bands, and things worn every day
Engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets and earrings, in silver, gold and platinum. Existing pieces and stones are welcome: a worn-out setting can be rebuilt, a dated cluster can become three simple things, and inherited stones can be reset into something that actually gets worn.
If you are not sure what you want yet, that is the normal starting point. Bring the box of odds and ends and we will go through it together.
